Advisory Session

If you are in the early stages of thinking about buying in Barcelona, this is where to start. A focused 90-minute conversation covering your brief, your budget, the market and the questions you should be asking before you commit to anything. You leave with clarity and a written summary of everything we covered.

Property Feasibility Report

You have found a property and want to know whether it stacks up before you proceed. Our team visits the property in person and carries out a thorough on-site investigation, drawing on 20 years of renovation and development experience to give you a realistic picture of what you are buying into.

The report covers:

  • The condition and character of the property and what it tells us
  • Renovation scope and the key spatial and structural considerations
  • What a renovation of this property is likely to involve at a practical level
  • A realistic total project cost, covering construction, fees, permits, VAT and contingency
  • Licensing, planning and legal considerations specific to this asset
  • Rental potential and investment logic where relevant
  • Any risks, red flags or factors that warrant further investigation
  • A clear acquisition recommendation

Most buyers who commission a Feasibility Report find that the numbers it reveals are significantly different from what the selling agent suggested. That difference pays for the report many times over.

Buyer Representation

For buyers who want full support from the moment they begin their search through to the day they complete. This is the most comprehensive way to work with us, and the service that gives you the greatest protection at every stage of the process.

We work with you across the full journey:

  • An in-depth briefing session to understand exactly what you are looking for, your budget, your timeline and your priorities
  • Active property search and shortlisting on your behalf, drawing on our agent network and market knowledge
  • Attendance at viewings, with an expert assessment of each property against your brief
  • Honest advice on which properties to pursue further and which to walk away from
  • Offer strategy and negotiation support, so you are never going in blind
  • A Property Feasibility Report on your chosen property before you commit
  • Introduction to trusted lawyers, notaries and mortgage brokers who we know and have worked with
  • Coordination and oversight through the legal and financial process to exchange and completion
  • A handover briefing covering next steps, renovation considerations and long term asset management

Having someone in your corner who knows the city, knows the process and has no interest other than yours puts you in a significantly stronger position at every stage.

Flat retainer for properties with a purchase price up to €1,500,000. Engagements outside this scope agreed separately. Legal, notarial and financial advisory fees are charged independently by the respective professionals.
