Our team visits the property in person and carries out a thorough on-site investigation drawing on 20 years of renovation and development experience to give you a realistic picture of what you are buying into. The report we produce covers:

• The condition and character of the property and what it tells us
• Renovation scope and the key spatial and structural considerations
• What a renovation of this property is likely to involve at a practical level
• Licensing, planning and legal considerations specific to this asset
• Rental potential and investment logic where relevant
• Any risks, red flags or factors that warrant further investigation
• A clear acquisition recommendation
